Ishan Earthing Installation Mathod
  • Augur / Drill / Bore a hole of 8-10 Inch in diameter at a place where earthing is to be done , to a suitable depth of 2-3 meters ( Electrode Length)
  • Place the earthing electrode inside the pit.
  • Mix the back fill compound nicely with the soil , which has been dug out.
  • Re-Fill the Empty space around the earthing electrode with the compound mix soil.
  • While re-filling the space, pour adequate water in the PIT intermittently.
  • Pack the soil around the electrode tightly and nicely.
  • Again Pour Adequate water at least 3-4 feet around the earthing electrode.
  • Test the earth resistivity of the electrode and if the result is satisfactory , then connect it with the equipment.
  • If the result is not satisfactory, then allow the electrode some time (2/3 Weeks) for setting of soil and then check it & connect it. If the soil is of high resistivity.

ISHAN EARTHING ELECTRODE TRADITIONAL EARTHING SYSTEM
Two `B` or `C` class G.I. or copper pipe and two G.I or Copper plate thickness of 2 to 3 mm coated with anticorrision chemical filled with high conductive and corrision resistant mixture and backfill compound electrode.Copper or G.I. plate earthing inclusive of MS pipe charcoal and salt around eletrode, oxidation take place, Resistance to dissipation increases when corrosion starts.
Backfill compound is used as infill material. It contains mixture 15 time its dry volume, enhances conduction around electode.Charcoal and salt hastens corrosion on GI/CL electrodes and the Ohmic value goes high over a period of time.
Watering around the earth pit is required for a few days in peak summer when water table goes down. Watering of pit required regularly to enhance conductivity around the eletrode.

Ishan Back Fill Compound

Ishan Earthing System comes with an Ideal backfill compound which has all qualities to enhance the ground material. It is a ground enhancing to material. It is the good hydrodynamic and rich conductive compound. It is easily compacted and when water is added, it absorbs it fifteen times to dry volume. It consistently holds adheres to any surface it touches. These capabilities resolve the issue of compatibility of soil contact that are crucial to an earthing system. There is no need to recharge the pit in normal soils. Backfill compound is not soluble in water, It retains its moisture property upto the life the electrode which is more than 25 years in case of soil friendly materials.

It maintains moisture with in the sphere of influence of electrode, resulting in lower earth resistance which could not otherwise be obtained from the conventional earthing system, back fill enhance surrounding soil conductivity there by making it more effective for high fault , noise, ripples and hormonics, natural to earth imbalance and lightning current dissipation.

Its contains natural elements which are highly conductive as well as anti corrosive. It does not disintegrate when the outer electrode corrodes.
